CUSTOMER ACCESS AGREEMENT FOR
THE SCOTTDALE BANK & TRUST CO. INTERNET BANKING

PLEASE READ ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND CLICK "I AGREE" AT THE END OF THE AGREEMENT.

This agreement describes the terms and conditions governing The Scottdale Bank & Trust Co. Internet Banking. Please read this Agreement carefully. By accepting below and using this Service you agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Please print and keep this Agreement for future reference.

In this Agreement, the words “we”, “us”, “our”, or “Bank” mean The Scottdale Bank & Trust Co.. The words “you” or “your” refer to the Internet Banking Customer. The words “Service” and “Internet Banking” refer to The Scottdale Bank & Trust Internet Banking.

ACCESS: To use this Service you must have at least one (1) Scottdale Bank & Trust account and access to the Internet. Once you have accepted this agreement and completed the enrollment form there will be a 1 to 2 business day approval period at which time you will receive a confirmation email. Use your TIN as your user id and the temporary password you provided on the enrollment form. The initial signon will prompt you to choose a User ID and Password. Access will be turned off if you do not login to our Internet Banking site for 12 consecutive months. In order to use this Service after 12 months of inactivity, you will need to complete the enrollment process again.

INTERNET BROWSER REQUIREMENT: For your privacy and protection The Scottdale Bank & Trust Co. requires your browser to support 128-bit encryption. If you do not know how your browser is set contact your browser supplier and ask them for instructions on setting your browser for 128-bit encryption. Links to Microsoft Internet Explorer download site is provided on the login page for your convenience. You are responsible for the installation, maintenance and operation of your computer and your browser software. The risk of error, failure or non-performance is your personal risk.

VIRUS PROTECTION: The Scottdale Bank & Trust Co. is not responsible for any problems related to electronic viruses that may infect your system and makes no warranty to you regarding your computer or your software. We suggest that you routinely scan your PC using a virus protection product.

USE OF YOUR PASSWORD: The password that you enter on the enrollment form is a temporary password. You must change this password the first time you access your accounts. For your protection, choose a password that is not easy for others to guess. Avoid using personal information such as a birthday, family name or phone number.

If you make your User ID and Password available to others to act on your behalf, you are responsible for all activity authorized by your User ID and Password. In order to protect yourself from fraud you should adhere to the following guidelines:
A. Do not give out your account information, password or User ID.
B. Memorize your password; do not write your password down.
C. Do not leave your PC unattended while you are in the Bank’s Internet Banking Site.
D. Never leave your account information within range of others.
E. Do not send privileged account information (account number, password, etc.) through any public or general e-mail system.
F. You have the option to change your password at any time and we recommend that you practice this on a regular basis.
G. Notify the Bank immediately if you believe another person has improperly obtained your Internet Banking password.

After three unsuccessful attempts to use your password, your access to The Scottdale Bank & Trust Internet Banking will be revoked. Contact the Bank if you forget your password or to re-establish your authorization to use The Scottdale Bank & Trust Internet Banking.

ELECTRONIC MAIL (E-MAIL): The Scottdale Bank & Trust Internet Banking provides a secure electronic Bank Mail option. This option is available after you sign on with your User ID and Password. To ensure the security of your account information, always use this option when you need to communicate confidential information such as account numbers, account information, passwords, etc. Use secure Bank Mail to e-mail the Bank regarding inquiries about electronic funds transfer error resolution, reporting unauthorized transactions or other concerns of a confidential nature. E-mail transmissions outside of the Bank Mail option within Internet Banking are not secure.

If you send Bank Mail message, the Bank will be deemed to have received it on the following business day. If you need to communicate with the Bank immediately you should not rely on email or Bank Mail.

You cannot use Bank Mail or e-mail to initiate transactions on your account.

INTERNET BANKING SERVICES: With The Scottdale Bank & Trust Internet Banking you can manage your accounts on your personal computer. You can use Internet Banking to view account balances and transaction histories, download transactions, change account information and communicate directly with the Bank through secure Bank Mail.

The Scottdale Bank & Trust Co. may, from time to time, introduce new Internet Banking Services. When this happens we will update our Web site to include them. By using The Scottdale Bank & Trust Internet Banking you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Agreement at that time.

LIMITATIONS ON FREQUENCY OF TRANSFERS: Because banking regulations require the bank to limit preauthorized transactions on savings accounts, the following limitations apply:
• During any statement period, you may not make more than six withdrawals or transfers to another account of yours or to a third party by means of a preauthorized or automatic transfer, or telephone or Internet instruction. No more than three of the six transfers may be made by check, draft, debit card (if applicable) or similar order to a third party. If you exceed the transfer limitations set forth above in any statement period, your account will be subject to closure.

CONSUMER LIABILITY: If you believe someone has acquired knowledge of your password, change it immediately using the “Change Password” option under “Services” in Internet Banking. Also, call the Bank immediately during normal business hours at 724-628-3200. Telephoning the Bank is the best way of minimizing your losses. If you believe your password has been lost or stolen and you tell us within two business days after you learn of the loss or theft, your maximum loss is $50 if someone used your password without your permission. If you do NOT tell us within two business days after you learn of the loss or theft and we could have stopped someone from using your password without your permission if you had told us, your maximum loss is $500.

REPORTING OF UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS: Tell us at once if you think your statement is incorrect or if you need more information about a transfer that is listed on your statement. If you do not tell us within 60 days after the statement was mailed to you, you may not get back any money you lost after the 60 days if we can prove that we could have stopped someone from taking the money if you had told us in time. If a good reason (such as a long trip or a hospital stay) kept you from telling us, we will extend the time period. When contacting us about a possible error, please provide the following information: 1) your name and account number; 2) describe the error or the transfer you are unsure about, and explain as clearly as you can why you believe it is an error or why you need more information; and 3) tell us the dollar amount of the suspected error.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR NON-PERSONAL ACCOUNT HOLDERS: The loss, theft or unauthorized use of your password could cause you to lose all of the money in your account. Your use of this Service is your agreement to assume all risks and losses associated with the disclosure of your password to those employees or other persons you authorize to use this Service.

FEES AND CHARGES: Although there are currently no additional fees for accessing your accounts through The Scottdale Bank & Trust Internet Banking, there may be charges for selected services. You agree to promptly pay all fees and charges for services provided under this Agreement and authorize us to charge any of your accounts when fees or charges are due. We reserve the right to change our fee schedule from time to time. Any changes in fees shall be effective at the earliest date allowed by applicable law. You agree to be responsible for any telephone charges or other out-of-pocket expenses incurred or related to this service.

HOURS OF SERVICE: You can access The Scottdale Bank & Trust Internet Banking seven days a week, 24 hours a day. However, at certain times Internet Banking may not be available due to system maintenance or other problems.

BUSINESS DAYS: Our business days are Monday through Friday, except for Federal bank holidays. Saturday, Sunday and Monday are all one-business day. Daily cut-off is set for 2 P.M. Eastern Time. All transactions received after 2 P.M. will be posted on the next business day.

NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED: You access the Service by the use of a User ID and Password to establish your identity. All electronic communications initiated using this User ID and Password will be deemed to be valid and authentic. When any Internet Banking Service generates items to be charged to your account, you agree that we may debit your account without requiring your signature on the item and without prior notice to you.

CONSENT TO ELECTRONIC DELIVERY OF NOTICES: By accepting this Agreement and using this Service you agree that any disclosures and communications regarding the Service between you and the Bank, including this Agreement, may be made electronically in accordance with applicable law. Any electronic disclosure or communication we make will be considered made when transmitted by the Bank and any disclosure or communication we make by posting to our web site will be considered made when posted by the Bank.

OTHER AGREEMENTS: In addition to this Agreement, you and the Bank are bound by the terms and conditions of the agreements applicable to each of your accounts with the Bank. You should review the other disclosures that you received when you opened your accounts at the Bank. Your use of The Scottdale Bank & Trust Internet Banking is your acknowledgment that you have received these agreements and disclosures and intend to be bound by them.

MODIFICATION OF THIS AGREEMENT: The Bank may modify the terms and conditions applicable to this Service from time to time by mailing or electronically delivering a notice of the modifications to you. The revised terms and conditions shall be effective at the earliest date allowed by applicable law. We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and your use of the Service in whole or in part at any time without prior notice.

DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES: The circumstances under which we will disclose information about you or your accounts is set forth in the disclosure that has been provided to you separately. This disclosure is also available on the login page of Internet Banking and on our web site.

RIGHT OF TERMINATION: You may cancel your Internet Banking account at any time by contacting the Bank. Within three business days of receiving your instructions your access will be suspended.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Unless otherwise required by law, we will not be responsible for any losses or damages from the use of the services provided under The Scottdale Bank & Trust Internet Banking.

GOVERNING LAW: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and applicable federal law.
